By using Uzmanından you accept these terms. The Turkish text governs.

Who may use it

Uzmanından is open only to real estate agents holding a valid Turkish property trading licence. Your application is approved or refused after the document is read by hand.

You may not transfer or share your account.

Membership and price

Use of the app requires membership, billed as a monthly auto-renewing subscription through Apple. The current price is shown on the purchase screen.

The first 100 verified agents use the app free, permanently. The right is granted at approval and is not taken back.

The subscription renews at the end of each period unless cancelled. Cancellation and refunds are handled in your Apple account and are subject to Apple's rules.

Your obligations

Every listing you publish is real, current, and a property you are authorised to represent.

You may not upload photographs that are not yours. Using another agent's images can be reported and can cost you your badge.

You will not write a client's name, phone number or address into a brief.

You will honour the commission split you agree with another agent in writing.

Your content stays yours

The photographs, videos and text you upload are yours. Uzmanından does not take ownership of them and never will.

So that we can show them on the network, you give us a limited permission: to display, store, back up and resize your content solely to operate the service — that is, to show it to other verified agents on the network and to anyone opening a client link you yourself issued. The permission is free of charge, non-exclusive, and covers nothing else.

It ends when you remove the content. Take a listing down or delete your account and we stop showing it. We do not use your content in advertising, sell it to third parties, or move it into another product.

Limits

Uzmanından introduces agents to one another. It is not a party to any agreement, commission split or property sale between them, and accepts no liability arising from one.

The agent who publishes a listing is responsible for its accuracy.
